Faux Selfies (the real one)

This is Leonardo. He is a good friend of mine. He is half human and half lion. Born a Leo, but never quite fitting in the bounds of one. When he is very timid or afraid he is almost indistinguishable from a lion, but when he is more comfortable his human features may appear. He is much smarter than me and works as a doctor during the week and a bartender during the weekend. He is much more nervous than I would consider myself and he can’t seem to find happiness despite being very popular with those around him. He has always wanted to find the perfect lioness for him to grow old with, but she seems distant and confusing. Him and I share a lot of traits, but I consider myself to be much happier and more confident than he is. Despite being a lion, which often displays bravery, Leonardo is quite the opposite. We are close and will continue to be. In these works, I attempted to capture his personna and work, as well as other features an observer may witness in his presence.
